RLTR – 412 Compact automatic monoblock for filling and capping
It is a new concept of automatic machines suitable for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, detergent and food fields. It can use volumetric dosers, flow meters or level meters. The machine can be manufactured in the standard version or in the “full electronic” version (managed via brushless motors), in order to attain optimal performances and allowing simpler and faster format changeovers, entirely managed via touchscreen display. In the case of foamy products, the machine can carry out bottom filling operations, thus avoiding foam building into the containers. The production speed depends on volumes and features of the products to be handled. The machine can work on a double row for high speeds, it can be fitted into an existing line or can be manufactured with closed ring conveyors, should the use of pucks for unstable containers or with irregular shapes be needed. All parts in touch with the product are manufactured with AISI 316L stainless steel and/or other duly finished materials. The machine is compliant with CE and GMP standards.
