In-line capper mod. TL is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, detergent and food sectors. It can be conceived as a stand alone machine or incorporated in an automatic line. TL can carry out operations of screwing, seaming and bordering, crimping and can also handle \u201cdispenser\u201d or \u201ctrigger\u201d. TL is built<\/span> in 2 models: T<\/span>LS – semi automatic – with manual placing of the <\/span>cap over the container. TLA – au<\/span>tomatic feeding and placing of the cap over t<\/span>he container (vibration or mechanical ty<\/span>pe). The placing of the cap is made <\/span>through a \u201cPick & Place\u201d w<\/span>ith pre-screwing if required. When a \u201ctorque control\u201d of tightening is required we use \u201cbrushless\u201d motors with setting of the minimum and maximum torque from the display\u2019s touch screen. It can handle all types of containers of different shapes covering a wide range of dimensions. The size change over is easy and quick. The machine complies with CE and GMP regulations.<\/p>\n
